Understanding Your Order Status

After placing an order with us, you may encounter various statuses indicating its progress. Here’s a guide to what each status means:


  • Processing: Your payment has been successfully processed. Your order is now being prepared for shipment. Typically, products leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
  • Completed: Your order has been shipped. A confirmation email with tracking information is on its way to your inbox.
  • On Hold / Failed: There appears to be an issue with your order. For assistance, please reach out to us at orders@olinthus.com or call us at 818.446.6028. We’re here to help.

How Do We Ship?

We offer free Ground shipping for all US orders over $89.

Orders within the continental USA are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. During checkout, you may choose from several delivery speed options, ranging from standard ground shipping, 2-day, and overnight.

Orders destined for international locations are sent via USPS, UPS, or DHL, partnering with local postal services in the destination country.


Order Processing

If your order is in stock, it typically departs our warehouse within 1-2 business days. We ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed after 3pm PT might not ship the same day. Any orders received after 3pm PT on Friday or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping options such as ‘Overnight’ and ‘2-Day’ indicate the service level and do not guarantee the exact delivery date of your order. These terms refer to the transit time once an item has been shipped. Weekend days are not counted as part of Overnight or 2-Day transit times.

Other Shipping Notes

Residential shipments may require a signature at delivery. Some orders might require additional verification.

Return Policy

Our products are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, excluding shipping costs. If you’re not satisfied with your Olinthus product, contact us via email within 30 days of purchase to obtain an RMA number for returns.

Upon receiving your RMA, return the product using a reliable, insured, trackable service like UPS or FedEx to the provided address, with the RMA number clearly displayed on the shipping box. Ensure the product is in new condition, in original packaging with all accessories, to be eligible for a refund. Returns with excessive wear or missing parts may incur a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned promptly, arriving at our facility within 7 days of RMA issuance. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
